2590 viewsThe tank has all the prerequisit needs like a fresh and salt water bowl, food dish(not sure what they are having in this shot, its quite red isnt it though), hyrgometer (which is digital now becuase i cant read analog things, so sad really), therometer for the air and substrate. They have lots of climby things like netting, ivy and driftwood. I also added a background to make them feel a bit more secure, apparently they prefer i dont sneak up on them.

Crab land18 viewsThis is the left end of the tank, mostly the front from ground level. A nice little corner cave (ESU's small corner cave) and there's some moss inside it. I cut a piece of black fishtank background to cover the part of the tank not covered by the UTH back there.. and this background is easy to peel off to look inside at the crabs!

CRABBITAT 1 pic 1631 views
Here are some pics of my smaller tank : 45 X 45 X 45 cm, for 4 medium sized PP
it is an Exo terra tank with wire lid on which I put plexiglass to maintain humidity & warmth (and it works well!)
Description of Substrate: marine sand + aragonit and marine sand + coco chips
Description of Tank Items: mangrove wood + cholla. falk plants. extras shells (all natural). sea fan + coral sand. both waters ponds + air pump inside one. shell dish food + fresh wheat & alfafa sprouts to eat. digital thermo/hygrometer. above the lid: day light blue reptile bulb (15 w) and night glo moonlight lamp (15 w), UTH.
Comments: Add some comments about your crabitat and any changes you may have made recently. I have added a plexiglass-made second level covered with coco climbing backgrounds. I put a bark cork hut on it and a lot of natural extra shells. In order to prevent hermies from falling, I add a piece of dried guyana liana on it.

Crabitat Comp- Left View134 viewsThis is the left side of my 10 gallon crabitat. I have a thermometer located at the bottom right, two water bowls (one for salt water and one for fresh water), and a fish net that I've attached to the top of the tank. There is a ladder added to the fish net located at the left of the tank and my hydrometer is located to the left of the fish net ladder. I have a tropical themed background attached to the back of my tank and there are 2 of 4 jumbo jade shells present in this photo. The substrate is T-Rex jungle bed (I sifted out the large pieces of coconut bark).

I have a tropical themed background posted to the back of the tank with a hydrometer placed on the middle of the back of the tank and a thermometer placed on the bottom left side of the tank. The bedding is Jungle Bed from T-Rex (I sifted out the large chunks of coconut). I also have some fish net, fluker's terrarium moss, and a piece of wood I bought at PetSmart in the tank. The white round thing located at the bottom of the wood is their food bowl (a recycled juice lid).
